20" long flat pasta noodle with ribboned edges made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolia. Excellent shelf-life in precooked state. This shape best served in hearty protein or cream-based sauces.

Application

This fun long noodle resembles a thin lasgana strip with rippled edges. A hearty bite that works perfectly with a classic Bolognese sauce.
