Quality Control and Service

Our emphasis on quality begins in the field with test planting programs. Harvested wheat is tested by General Mills and an independent laboratory to ensure the quality of our durum semolina.

While making pasta from semolina, a programmable logic control system oversees and monitors all line functions. The master control system analyzes equipment functions, records process parameters, assures repeatability of results, and perfoms diagnostic tests. Meanwhile, we operate an advanced in-house durum and pasta laboratory to verify the quality of ingredients and the final pasta product.

We also maintain a pasta kitchen where guest chefs and clients are invited to "test and taste" the products.
