Beaf Stroganoff
Chef Leslie's Recipe

  • 1 can (l5 oz) Beef Broth
  • 1 carton (16 oz) Sour Cream
  • 1 can (4 oz) Ripe, Pitted Olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
  • ½ medium Maui Onion, sliced
  • ¼ lb Costa Extra Wide Egg Noodles
  • 1 jar (4 oz) diced Pimiento, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced Mushrooms, drained
  • 1 lb beef cut in ½ inch cubes
  •  
     Directions
      1.   Cook pasta in water until al dente.
      2.   Drain water and place in oven-proof casserole dish.
      3.   Brown beef cubes and onion over rnedium heat until beef is brown and onion is soft.
      4.   Drain fat.
      5.   Add beef and cook until meat is tender.
      6.   Combine remaining ingredients.
      7.   Stir meat and sauce into cooked Costa Pasta.
      8.   Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
      9.   Garnish before serving with parsley and mushroom.
     10.   Serve hot with tossed salad.
