Taste of Italy - Rotelli Pasta

  • 5 oz Rotelle Pasta - short cut
  • 1 small Onion, cut into eights
  • 2 Bell Peppers, seeded and sliced
  • ½ lb Button Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 Tomatoes, cut into eights
  • 1 jar (4 oz) Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 can (8 ozs) Tomato sauce
  • Dash ground Pepper
  • Fresh Rosemary spray
  •  
     Directions
      1.   Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
      2.   Saute onion in large fry pan, add bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato & artichoke hearts.
      3.   Stir in tomato sauce.
      4.   Season with ground pepper
      5.   Pour into casserole dish over cooked pasta.
      6.   Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
      7.   Garnish with fresh Rosemary spray.
      8.   Serve with chicken or beef.
