Macaroni Salad

  • 4 cups worth of your favorite vegetables in any combination you like. (Some suggestions would be
       Celery, Tomatoes, Olives, Radishes, Broccoli (small pieces, not cooked), Green onions, Garlic,
       Carrots, or Cucumber).
  • 1 pound of Macaroni
  • Vinegar-based salad dressing
  •  
      1.   Cook 1 pound of Macaroni according to package directions.
      2.   Drain and rinse with cold water.
      3.   Toss macaroni with a bottle of your favorite vinegar-based salad dressing.
      4.   Add vegetables and serve.
