  • Slice 5-6 zucchini lengthwise
  • Add 1 head of sliced garlic
  • Fry mixture quickly in olive oil, over a high heat-trying to get the edges black
  • Toss with ½ lb cooked spaghetti
  • Add chicken broth if it seems too dry
  • Serve
