Puttanesca Sauce

  • Sauté 1 head of garlic in ¾ c olive oil
  • Add 2 cans flat anchovies (rinsed)
  • Add 2-3 cartons Pomi (CHOPPED NOT STRAINED) tomatoes
  • ½ Jar Capers
  • 1 c of Italian olives
  • Cook sauce down for 30-40 minutes
  • Serve over pasta
