Pasta Montana Certifications

BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standards is a leading food safety and quality program, used by over 21,000 suppliers worldwide, with certification issued through a network of accredited certification bodies. Founded on the principles of ISO, total quality management and continuous improvement, these standards specify requirements to be met by an organization to enable the production, packaging and distribution of safe food. Successful certification reassures retailers and branded manufacturers of the capability and competence of the supplier and reduces the need for retailers and manufacturers to carry out their own audits.

The BRC Global Standard outlines the quality, safety and operational criteria that ensure manufacturers will fulfill their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer. The Standards are now a fundamental requirement of many leading retailers. Pasta Montana is proud to have achieved the highest BRC certification rating since we began the program, currently "AA".
